I like the way doctors and nurses take their time to explain things to me and make sure that i understand. I get good and sound advice from them and help with my diet on the whole I am very happy with the service. Yes there is always room for improvement like not having to wait so long when phoning in, the last time I called in I was on the phone for over 16 minutes.

Nurse Jo is one of the best nurses I've ever had. she takes time for her patients, you feel as if you have had care. Some of your receptionists need to smile and treat us as if we are human and that they care about our well being. I have always had a good rapore with everyone at Parchmore and would like every one, doctors, nurses and receptionists to smile just a bit more - we need to feel happy in your care.

I have been using this service frequently for the past few months and always find the reception staff extremely rude and unwelcoming, especially on the Beaulah Wing. I am always left waiting for my appointment for up to one hour. The self check in never works and there is always a queue.
